Abstract submission instructions (last date 31 January 2012)
For submitting an abstract in these tracks, the following guidelines need to be followed:
  • The author must submit a summary of the work (max. 100 words) and a full description (max. 400 words) which should include the approach, relevance, innovation, results and conclusions.
  • The abstract should be entered in a plain text format (no tables, graphs, charts or images)
  • It should contain new work, not yet published
Abstract review process and notification of acceptance
The Technical & Programme Committee will review all abstracts which have been submitted on time and in the specified format. The organisers reserve the right to reject any abstract for failure to comply with submission guidelines mentioned above, linked from this page, or communicated via the organisers.

All applicants will be notified of the outcome of their submission by e-mail no later than mid-February 2012. Further details will then be sent in February 2012, giving the time, session and place of accepted presentations.

Accepted abstracts will be presented in conference or parallel sessions and will be published in the online conference programme and in the proceedings following the conference. All accepted presenters will be requested to write and submit a full paper by 15th February 2012 for publication in the online conference proceedings (further information and guidelines will follow closer to the conference).
